The shuttle service between Paris & Versailles is not wheelchair accessible.
Versailles Palace
- The Origami bus will drop you off at the parking "Place des Armes" right in front of the Palace.
- You may use the A Entrance to access the Palace.
- After the mandatory security check, you can begin your visit freely.
- You will have around 4 hours to visit the Palace, the Park, the Gardens and the estate of Trianon including the "Grand Trianon", the "Petit Trianon" and the Queen's Hamlet.
Good to know! There is a 30 mins walk in between the Palace and the return meeting point.
Audio Guide
To access the audio guide, download the "Palace of Versailles" app available for smartphones and tablets. It can be used without internet connection and also includes an interactive map of the Estate.
The commentaries are available in 10 languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Korean.
How to collect your tickets
Once your booking finalised, you will received a confirmation e-mail that IS NOT YOUR TICKET. The ticket including the round trip shuttle from Paris to Versailles and the entrance ticket to the Versailles Palace will be sent to you by email the day before the tour. Please make sure you check your emails to collect your tickets!
