Can I change or cancel my purchase?
Here at Tootbus, we strive to give you the best worry-free experience. Our tickets are both flexible and refundable free of charge 24 hours prior the travel date. If the price of the new ticket is higher, you will have to pay the fare difference.
If I cancel my purchase, will I be refunded?
Any refund request must be made 24 hours before the originally scheduled tour date. Any request submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
In the case of force majeure, please contact our customer service.
Can I change my tour?
If you wish to change your tour, please contact our customer service for the cancellation of your ticket and buy a new one for the desired tour.
Can I change the passengers’ information?
You do not have to change passenger information as your ticket is unassigned
Can I change the date on my ticket?
If you wish to change your tour date, we invite you to contact our customer service at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled tour date to request the cancellation of your ticket and purchase a new ticket for the desired tour. Any request made after this deadline will not be accepted.
I purchased a tour for a group, is it possible to cancel for just one person?
If you wish to add someone (adult or child) to your initial ticket, please buy an additional one for the desired tour.
If you wish to remove someone from your initial ticket, please contact our customer service for the cancellation of the ticket.
